20% of the hire fee excluding extras, minimum £125.
To work out the cost of your holiday
First take the hire fee from the main table, deduct any discount (e.g. for a fortnight), and add £45 for the damage waiver. These are the compulsory parts.
Then add any optional extras you want, e.g. extra persons or credit card charge. Balance to be paid six weeks before your holiday.

When you have chosen your boat you can check its availability immediately online. If you are able to be flexible about boats and weeks please email us and we will suggest some options.
Add £45 damage waiver to the hire fee shown. This is non-returnable.
Hire fees are per boat and include 17.5% VAT.

2010 saver
Book and pay your booking deposit for 2010 before 31 August 2009 and we'll give you the 2009 price for the equivalent period (taking account of bank holidays). Not available with any other offer.
Fuel duty: a substantial increase is to be levied from 1 November 2008. We regret that we will have to impose a surcharge. More details later.

 Optional Extras
Cancellation Protection Scheme
Unless you indicate on your booking form that you undertake to pay the balance even if you cancel (for example, because you already have suitable cancellation insurance), we will add the charge shown in the table (right) to join our CPS.

Extra persons
Where a boat is shown as, for instance, 4+2 berth, the hire fee is for the lower number, 4, and fifth or sixth persons are charged £25 (but children under 16 go free).
Extra pets
Up to two pets are free. Any extras (subject to our agreement) are charged at £30.
Credit Card charge
For payments made by credit cards, we will make a 1% charge, to recover part of our processing costs. There is no charge for payment by debit card.
